Application: this equipment is mainly composed of a vacuum chamber system, vacuum suction and measurement system, heating and temperature control system, electric control system, pneumatic system and auxiliary system, etc.

The equipment is used for device vacuum degassing, annealing, brazing, and other heat treatment.

Product description:

1 Structure forms: horizontal or vertical, front opening(hinge structure), stainless steel material, the double water cooling vacuum furnace, the front door with a window for Observation.

2 Ultimate vacuum(no-load): 2 x 10^-4 pa or less (cold)
Vacuum degree: 1 x 10^-3 pa or less(1400 C);

3 Squirrel-cage tantalum sheet heater, five layer shielding structure, molybdenum layer shielding, molybdenum work piece tray;

4 The heating mode adopts three heating, independent temperature  measurement and control method, PID intelligent temperature controller.

With low voltage, large current heating power, voltage is lower than 45 v.

5 Compact structure, rational layout, good appearance, easy to operate and maintain.

6 In the process of extraction,it is able to turn into the protection state, avoiding the damage to the parts while suddenly exposed to atmospheric.

Power or water cut off, as well as the system unable to maintain a vacuum, the equipped protection device will make a chain protection to the whole  system.

7 The system adopts touch screen and PLC control method, bring their own software, can be set and real-time display parameters such as temperature, vacuum degree.

Process parameters results can output to Windows Office software.
